MyAI Me is operated by AI Agents 247 FZE. Your signed-in account identifies your workspace. Saved profile information, household records and conversations are stored in the app database and separated by account.

Relevant household information and recent messages are sent to OpenAI to answer your requests. Voice recordings you choose to submit are sent for transcription; selected reply text is sent to generate speech. We request no stored API response. Audio is not saved in the app database. In conversation mode, recognised speech is sent automatically and stored in chat history. Command permission allows supported spoken instructions to save goals, tasks, preferences and expenses.

Authorised administrators can manage account and subscription information. Viewing a household record for support requires a reason and is recorded in an audit log. Support views do not add your information to an administrator’s assistant memory.

Stripe processes payments. This app does not store full card details. Household records, goals, assistant activity and chat history can be exported and deleted in Settings. A calendar subscription shares dated task titles and times with anyone holding its secret URL, including the calendar provider you choose. You can revoke the link in Calendar; copies already fetched may remain with that provider. Deleting household data also revokes the feed. Usage, account, audit and billing records are retained to operate and protect the service. Subscription cancellation is separate from deleting household information.

The service is for adults managing their household. Avoid entering passwords, bank credentials or unnecessary sensitive information about children. Browser notifications require your permission and currently work only while the app is open.
